The European SFDR – Disclosure Regulation – which came into force in March 2021 concerns the “disclosure of sustainability information in the financial services sector”. Several levels of disclosure are foreseen in this Regulation, among them the integration of sustainability risks in the remuneration policy.

European Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector, or the SFDR Regulation , imposes rules on financial market participants and on financial advisers in the EU, on transparency regarding the integration of sustainability risks and the consideration of adverse sustainability impacts in their investment and advisory processes.

Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of 27 November 2019 on prudential requirements for investment firms (IFR) prescribes that Class 2 investment firms (IFs) are required to publish certain information on an annual basis.
Birdee complies with this requirement by now publishing the information prescribed by IFR sections 47 to 52 to the public on an annual basis.
